Since 2003, Katherine (who first started trading as HR Aspects and then rebranded to Blu Ripples in 2009) has proudly served a diverse client base for over twenty years. From a specialist Career Counselling and Consulting perspective, Katherine has guided and supported clients, including teenagers (aged 15+ years), youth, and adults, to navigate their career journeys confidently. Regarding her personal counselling background, Katherine has provided personal counselling services to children as young as four (4) years of age, teenagers, youth, adults, couples, families, empty nesters, and corporate clients.
Corporate Clients
Since 2003, Katherine has been accumulating a wealth of experience in business consultancy services, starting with a family painting business in the building and construction industry. Under the name Blu Ripples since 2009, she has been working with businesses, organisations, not-for-profits, and government departments, providing a wide range of counselling services to employees and their loved ones. These services include workplace counselling (including EAP), emotional well-being forums, grief and loss counselling, and bereavement counselling. Her specialist career counselling, career consulting, outplacement services, employment assistance, and psychometric assessment services have also benefited many. To maintain client privacy and confidentiality, Katherine has chosen to highlight the various sectors and industries she has worked with, rather than specific company names.
