FAQ - Blu Ripples

To book a Career Counselling or Consulting Session with Blu Ripples, choose one of the following options: –

 

  • Call Us on 1300 300 557 (9am to 5pm Mon-Fri or 10am to 2pm Sat)
  • Email Us at info@bluripples.com.au; or
  • Complete our online booking forms at the bottom of the home or contact page

Fees are dependent on several factors including but not limited to:-

 

  • Type of product or service you engage, e.g. hourly service fee for Career Counselling vs. project fee for Career Consulting services
  • Amount of time we spend in consultation with you
  • Depth, breadth and complexity of your narrative (background) and requirements
  • Intricacy the prospective employers’ requirements
  • Complexity and amount of time required to prepare your documentation
  • Changes in costings, e.g. supply, delivery, research and operational costs

Please call or email us to discuss your needs; we will be happy to provide you with a cost.

Blu Ripples accepts the following payments: – 

Individuals:-

  • Cash
  • Credit Card (Visa or Master Card)
  • EFTPOS

Corporate Clients

  • Payment options are per our Service Level Agreement (SLA); please get in touch with Blu Ripples to discuss your requirements and our fees for service.

Our Terms and Conditions of Trade are outlined in our Agreements For Service, e.g. Agreement for Career Counselling Services, Agreement for Career Consulting Services, Agreement for Career Development Report etc. A copy of the Agreement for Service is provided to our clients at the point of consultation to read and sign before proceeding with the consultation.

Corporate Clients

Our Terms and Conditions of Trade are outlined in our Service Level Agreement (SLA); the SLA will be formed on our initial telephone discussion as per your individual needs and will be prepared and forwarded to you together with an Authority To Proceed Document within 1 to 2 business days of your initial enquiry.

Many clients give one or two days’ notice, whereas others prefer a week or two. As a general rule of thumb, we prefer a minimum of 24 hours to prepare for your session. However, if you have a tight timeline or are experiencing a crisis, please call, and we will do our best to fit you in.  

In stating the above, we can not guarantee availability at your preferred time or date,  so please have a couple of options available when making your initial enquiry or booking a session.

 

Yes!

Blu Ripples offers After-Hours sessions; after-hours sessions are available via Zoom or telephone only (no face-to-face) and are subject to the availability of our schedule and are based NSW- AEST & DST times.

Please call to discuss your preferred after-hours time and date, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Yes, after-hours sessions incur a 15% loading fee.

The standard turnaround period for Career Consulting Documentation is 1 to 3 business days after the initial consultation; that is, you will receive your initial draft copy 1 to 3 days after your consultation.  However, timeframes may vary – be extended due to peak demands.

Should you have a very tight timeline, e.g. less than one business day, please contact Blu Ripples immediately to discuss your individual needs and to ascertain if we can undertake your project.

Additional information will be provided at your initial point of enquiry and contained in your Agreement for Career Consulting Services.

The cost for each instrument varies. Please call us to discuss which instrument(s) you would like to purchase, and we will be happy to discuss the purchase price with you.

No, not at the present point in time.

However, if the client has a self-managed fund, we can provide services in alignment with our area of expertise, ethical guidelines, codes of conduct, our fees, and the clients plan allocations.

However, we do offer Zoom and Telephone Sessions for clients who can not make face-to-face sessions at our premises.

Yes.

Please note that you will be referred to as the Payer in the Agreement for Service and that the professional relationship is between the Client and Blu Ripples, not the Payer and Blu Ripples.

No, as your adult son or daughter been the client will be required to sign the Agreement for Service.

The Agreement for Service outlines the terms and conditions of trade including the fee structures.

Blu Ripples observes all Australian Public Holidays.

As a general rule of thumb, No.

Blu Ripples closes from 5 pm, 23rd December, and generally re-opens the first or second week of January.

However, Blu Ripples will post a Christmas Holiday post notifying clients of our holiday shutdown period a week or two before Christmas.
