A mid-tier career interest report designed for individuals who are tentatively exploring new career options and pathways

Our Career Interest Foundation Report is a clear and concise career report that identifies and explores your career interests based on your baseline information, and responses to online and card sorter instruments.

Target Audience 

The report is aimed at individuals like you who may be: –

  • Taking their first tentative steps into the career exploration process 
  • Experiencing a career transition and seeking new career options 
  • Feeling stuck or confused about their future direction and searching for different options to explore
  • Seek a report they can take home, review and undertake additional research themselves
Career Interest Foundation Report Process 

Working together over a series of 3 x 1-on-1 Career Planning consultations, we will undertake the following in each stage: –

Stage 1. Intake Session

Intake Session incorporates:-

  • 1 x 1.5 Hour Session
  • Establishing  connection and goals
  • Completion of DASS 21 (adults)  or 
  • Depression Signs and Symptoms for children and Recent Stressful Events (minors)
  • Considering (exploring) our Duty of Care, Codes of Conduct and ethical considerations 
  • Exploring  your narrative (history) 
  • Establishing baseline information from your perspective

Stage 2. Psychometrics

Career Interest Instruments include:-

Approximate time frame  for instrumentation is 2 to 2.5 hours;  instrumentation consists of online and card sorter instruments; Instruments are administered per ethical guidelines, industry codes of conduct and our duty of care.   Read  Psychometric Profiling Page.

Stage 3.   Presentation

Presentation Session includes:-

  • Verbal Presentation 
  • 1 x Hard Copy of Report
NB.    Content and length will vary as our Careeer Interest Foundation Report is customised to your individual circumstances, needs and career life stage.  As a general rule of thumb, a report can range from 20 to 30 pages.  The approximate time frame for the verbal presentation of your report is 1 to 1.5 hours.
