Myer Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and Majors PTi

Unlock insights to understand yourself, grow your career, and strengthen workplace and organisational performance.

The Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and Majors PTi are personality type instruments based on Carl Jung’s theory. These assessments explore four key differences, known as dichotomies: Introversion (I) vs Extraversion (E), Sensing (S) vs iNtuition (N), Thinking (T) vs Feeling (F), and Judging (J) vs Perceiving (P), to identify and investigate your personality type and behaviour. Upon completing either the MBTI or Majors PTi, you will be presented with one of sixteen four-digit personality type codes, enabling you to explore various aspects of your personality. The image below illustrates the types, provides basic information, and helps you begin to understand your unique profile.
