Blu Ripples supports individuals and organisations through career and life’s ripples. Established in 2003 as HR Aspects and rebranded as Blu Ripples in 2009, the practice draws on over 20 years of experience helping clients navigate career transitions, workplace challenges, and personal circumstances that influence professional and life pathways.
Set on serene acreage surrounded by nature’s beauty, Blu Ripples offers a peaceful and private environment for reflection and growth — whether you visit in person, connect online, or call from afar. Our holistic, integrative, and person-centered approach aims to ensure that each client receives tailored guidance to confidently move forward through uncertainty, transform challenges into clarity, and unlock potential into achievement.

Supporting Your Career, Growth, and Well-BeingWhile our primary focus is on career counselling and consulting, we recognise that personal circumstances can influence professional decisions. We have previously provided personal counselling to minors (children aged 4+ years) and currently offer career counselling for high school students (15+ years), youth, and adults, complemented by personal counselling support as required when life and career issues overlap. We also provide outplacement and workplace counselling (EAP) services for organisations across diverse industries.

Self-Care & Well-being – Providing practical strategies to foster resilience and emotional health during periods of stress, transition, or crisis.
Workplace Counselling (EAP) & Outplacement Support – Assisting individuals and organisations to address factors impacting performance, well-being, and morale; guiding employees through change, transition, or redeployment.
For individuals, services are delivered in-person at our serene home-based office on acreage, online, or via telephone, providing a peaceful, private, and focused environment for reflection, growth, and career development. For organisations, services are delivered on-site or off-site in accordance with service level agreements.

From 2009 to 2017, Katherine (Blu Ripples) provided generalist counselling services across life spans, supporting clients in areas including career counselling; intimate partner, family, and business partnership relationships; bereavement, grief, and loss; abuse; injury, trauma, and phantom pain; and workplace counselling (including EAP).
Currently our primary focus is on supporting individuals aged 15+ years, and organisations as addressed in our services above.
