From 2009 to 2017, Katherine (Blu Ripples) provided generalist counselling services across life spans, supporting clients in areas including career counselling; intimate partner, family, and business partnership relationships; bereavement, grief, and loss; abuse; injury, trauma, and phantom pain; and workplace counselling (including EAP).
Currently our primary focus is on supporting individuals aged 15+ years, and organisations as addressed in our services above.

Supporting Your Career, Growth, and Well-BeingWhile our primary focus is on career counselling and consulting (career education and development), we recognise that personal circumstances and backgrounds can influence professional decisions, the way we communicate and interact with the world around us.
We have previously provided personal counselling to minors (children aged 4+ years), adolescents, and adults, workplace counselling (EAP) to organisations and their employees, and currently offer career counselling for high school students (15+ years), youth, and adults, complemented by personal counselling support as required when life and career issues overlap and impact career decisions, career management, and transitions. We also provide outplacement and workplace counselling (EAP) services for organisations and their employees across diverse industries.

Modern and Flexible Appointment Options To Suit Your CircumstancesFor individuals, services are delivered in-person at our serene home-based office on acreage, online, or via telephone, providing a peaceful, private, and focused environment for reflection, growth, and career development. For organisations, services are delivered on-site or off-site in accordance with service level agreements.
